Job Description

As an Office Assistant, you will support a variety of administrative tasks essential for the smooth functioning of our office. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills in both Thai and English. This role requires on-site presence at our Krabi office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:
    • Handle customer communication, including chat, phone calls, and emails.
    • Perform bookkeeping and create invoices.
    • Assist the team with administrative tasks.
  • Data Entry and Coordination:
    • Enter and update data accurately.
    • Coordinate workplace events and manage related logistics.
  • Government Tasks:
    • Handle administrative tasks related to government regulations and compliance.
  • Office Care:
    • Order and buy office supplies.
    • Ensure the office is clean and organized, either personally or by coordinating with external services.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in Thai.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Interest in working in a tech startup company.

Location and Work Arrangement

  • Our office is located in Ao Nang, Krabi, offering a comfortable and inspiring workspace.
