Job Description
As a Marketing Assistant, you will be instrumental in promoting our software development services and products. We are looking for an energetic and driven individual with a passion for sales and marketing. This role enables you to work both on-site at our Krabi office and remotely, with a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare marketing materials such as flyers and images for online advertisements.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Optimize content for SEO and manage SEM campaigns.
- Marketing Materials:
- Manage and update various social media channels to boost our online presence.
- Create engaging content to drive social media engagement rates.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and update various social media channels to boost our online presence.
- Customer Relationship Management::
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers
- Manage customer queries and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Good proficiency in English.
- Basic understanding of software services and products.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Hootsuite).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Location and Work Arrangement
- Our office is located in Krabi, Thailand, offering a comfortable and inspiring workspace.
